Single Unit Testing
Another great benefit for our customers is that any converter not found in our catalog can be purchased for testing. Price can be negotiated or we can pay you the true value once the sample has been analyzed. For companies who want to test any amount of converters units can be tested free of charge. Courage Metals has two testing facilities to analyze and add samples as quickly as possible. Assay / PPMs reports are provided to customers once samples are completed.
Toll Refining
This process is the most efficient way to recover the true values of Platinum (Pt), Palladium (Pd) and Rhodium (Rh) your converters contain. Platinum Group Metals are continually changing and so are we. Courage Metals has tailored solutions to fit your needs we can offer refining terms for a minimum of 100 Lbs. We can decan your scrap catalytic converters, or receive your loose ceramic catalyst, process and sample all material in our own engineered sampling line. Sampled material is run through our in-house lab and an assay report is issued to determine the ounces of Pt, Pd, and Rh. Refining and settlement terms are custom fit to the needs of our suppliers. Courage Metals suppliers have the option of hedging or locking in the precious metal content prior to selling their scrap catalytic converters. Courage Metals has many options to hedge the precious metal to protect suppliers and make substantial profits.
